About the College
Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Samastipur, was established in 1978 following a meeting of eminent lawyers, social workers, and educationists convened at the residence of Sri Suraj Narain Prasad Sinha, Advocate. The college was inaugurated on September 9, 1978, by Md. Gulam Sarvar, the then Education Minister of Bihar.
Situated in the heart of Samastipur town, the college is conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance from the Civil Court, Collectorate, Railway Station, and Bus Stand. It aims to inculcate in its students a sense of responsibility towards society and the nation within the global, changing economic, political, and legal regimes.

Admission & Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria (LL.B. 3-Year Course)
An applicant who has graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a recognized university is eligible, subject to the following minimum marks:
- General Category: Minimum 45% of total marks.
- OBC Category: Minimum 42% of total marks.
- SC/ST Category: Minimum 40% of total marks.
Required Documents for Admission
- Attested photocopies of original documents of Matriculation, Intermediate, and Graduation certificates and mark-sheets.
- Original College Leaving Certificate (CLC/DLC).
- Original Migration Certificate (in case of candidates from universities other than L.N.M.U Darbhanga).
- Three copies of recent passport-size photographs.
