Admission Process & Documents
Admission Guidelines
- Admission to St. Xavier's High School is primarily for LKG and Class XI.
- Availability of application forms is announced on the school notice board and official website.
- For LKG: The child must be 4+ years of age as of April 1st of the admission year.
- For Class XI: Admission is based on the Class X board results (CBSE/ICSE) and an aptitude test/interview.
- The Application Form must be submitted online or at the school office on the specified dates.
- Registration does not guarantee admission. Decisions by the school management are final.

- Copy of Birth Certificate (from Municipal Corporation or equivalent)
- Recent Passport-size Photographs (Child and Parents/Guardian)
- Proof of Residence (Aadhaar Card, Electricity Bill, etc.)
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (for Class XI)
- Copy of Previous Year's Report Card / Class X Board Marksheet
- Aadhaar Card of the Child
- Baptismal Certificate (for Christian candidates)

One Time Charges (New Admission Only): Registration (₹1,000) + Admission Fee (₹40,000) + Security Fee (₹10,000) = ₹51,000.
Recurring tuition and exam fees are payable quarterly.
