About the College
Rameshwar Mahavidyalaya, Muzaffarpur, is a constituent unit of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU), Muzaffarpur. It was established in the year 1965 for imparting Undergraduate education with a vision to serve the underprivileged sections of society.
The college was founded due to the collaborative effort of professionals under the leadership of Shri Nitishwar Singh, son of the great visionary Shri Rameshwar Singh. It was initially run in Mukherjee Seminary before shifting to its own sprawling campus at Sikandarpur Kundal, Muzaffarpur.
Recognized by the UGC under section 2(f) and 12(B) since January 1st, 1980, the college today boasts a vibrant academic atmosphere with courses ranging from Intermediate to Post Graduation (M.Com).
