Raj Narain College, Hajipur, established on 1st August 1952, is one of the premier constituent units of B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. Accredited by NAAC with 'B+' grade, it stands as the oldest institution of higher education in the historic district of Vaishali.
The college owes its foundation to the generosity of Late Raj Narain Singh and the vision of Dr. Anugrah Narain Singh. It holds the unique distinction of being the only Postgraduate teaching centre in Vaishali, offering advanced education in subjects like English, Hindi, Political Science, Botany, and more.
