NIT Patna
National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna is one of India’s leading technical institutions. It became the 18th National Institute of Technology in 2004 after the transformation of Bihar College of Engineering (BCE), Patna. The institute’s history dates back to 1886 with the establishment of the Pleaders’ Survey Training School, which was later upgraded to Bihar College of Engineering in 1924. Today, NIT Patna is recognized for excellence in engineering, technology, and research.
