Mandan Bharti Agriculture College, Saharsa, is a constituent college of Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour. It came into existence in April 2007 to fulfill the long-cherished inspiration of the people of the Kosi region for agricultural development.

The college is named after the 8th-century philosophers Mandana Misra and his wife Ubhaya Bharati, who were central to the famous religious debates in Mahishi, Saharsa.
