Laxmi Narain Dubey (L.N.D.) College was established in 1966 in Motihari, the district headquarters of East Champaran. With a grand vision to enhance the educational landscape of North Bihar, the college became a Constituent Unit of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur in 1980.
