Katihar Engineering College (KEC) is a government engineering college established in 2016 under the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Bihar. The institute was founded to impart high-quality technical education and foster skills in both applied and basic sciences.
Academically governed by Bihar Engineering University (BEU), Patna, all its B.Tech programs are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. KEC aims to set high standards of education, meet industrial demands, and build human potential to create the next generation of engineers and innovators.
