Government Engineering College (GEC), Nawada is a new government engineering institution established by the Government of Bihar under the Department of Science and Technology. It commenced its first academic session in 2019, operating from the campus of Government Polytechnic, Nawada.

How to Get Admission?

  1. Appear for JEE (Main) / BCECE exam : Secure a valid rank in the Joint Entrance Examination (Main)or (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination).
  2. Register for UGEAC: Register for the Undergraduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB).
  3. Choice Filling: Fill in your preferred branches at GEC Nawada during the online choice filling process.
  4. Seat Allotment: Seats are allocated based on your JEE Main rank, category, and choices.
  5. Reporting & Verification: Once a seat is allocated, report to the designated center for document verification and pay the admission fee to confirm your seat.
