About the College
Dr. Kalam Agricultural College, Kishanganj, was established on 10th August 2015 by the order of the Govt. of Bihar. It was renamed in remembrance of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, who suggested the inclusive growth model for Bihar.
Located in the heart of Agro-climatic Zone-II (Seemanchal), Kishanganj is known for its high-quality tea production, alongside pineapple, dragon fruit, and jute. Maize and rice are other major crops. The college features a Horticulture Research Centre and an Advance Centre on Sericulture.
DKAC, Kishanganj is committed to serving the farmers, farm women, rural youths, and extension functionaries of the state, working to update their knowledge and skills in sustainable agriculture.

- Appear for BCECE: Secure a valid rank in the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) for the PCB/PCM/CBA/PCA group.
- Register for Counselling: Participate in the online BCECE (UG) centralized counselling process.

- Must meet the minimum percentage criteria as specified by the BCECE Board and BAU, Sabour (typically 50% for General category).
