- Family Photographs: 2 Passport Size (Father, Mother & Candidate).
- Report Card: Photocopy of previous class.
- Migration Certificate: If board changes.
- PEN Number: Personal Education Number from Previous School.
- APAAR Number: As applicable.
- Category Certificate: Attested document for OBC/SC/ST cases.
