Gyan Niketan, established in 1986 by Padma Shree Acharya Kishore Kunal, IPS, and Mrs. Anita Kunal under the M.V.V. Nyas, was built on the vision of providing quality education in a nurturing environment. Affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi, its first batch appeared in 1990, earning national recognition.
Over the years, it has grown into a reputed, result-oriented institution with hostel facilities, a spacious multi-discipline playground, and an auditorium that encourages excellence through diverse curricular and co-curricular activities.

Admission Process & Documents
Admission Guidelines (Session 2025-26)
- Pre-Primary and Class I: Admission is granted on a *first come–first get* basis until seats are available.
- Classes II–IX: An Admission Test is typically conducted, subject to the availability of seats.
- Class XI: Admission occurs after the CBSE Board Examination and is based on the student’s Pre-Boards Score.
- The institution follows a set of Admission Rules to ensure fairness, transparency, and equity.

- Entrance Window (II–IX): May–June
- Class XI Admission: Post CBSE Results
